I'm working within a budget.  What are the costs involved?

We understand that budget is always a consideration and that is why we make our rate RATE CARD available from the beginning.  That being said, every client has different needs and different marketing challenges.  It is for this reason that our marketing professionals do not sell "packages of the week".  Packages are a waste of time and money.  Your Account Executive will take the time to discuss your goals, your objectives, and your expectations in order to develop the right marketing strategy for you and your budget.  Contact us today to schedule your free Client Needs Analysis.

What makes a good and effective marketing campaign?

A good and effective marketing campaign has a couple of common elements.  These criteria can be applied to radio, outdoor, print, cable, yellow pages, internet, or any other type of advertising you can conjure.

First, you must direct all of your marketing efforts toward a target.  Think of your ideal customer.  The more specific, the better.  Adults aged 25 - 54 is not specific enough.  This is not a target - it is a family reunion.  The 27 year old female has a much different world view than the 49 year old male and they should be marketed to differently.

Second, you must create a compelling message that will move your target to action.  In order to do this, the Marketing Strategy Model and the Brainstorming Sessions can be helpful.  Your Account Executive, and his/her team, will walk you through the process of creating a great message designed to yield you results.

Third, you must present your compelling message to your target an adequate number of times.  In the world of marketing, this is refered to as "frequency".  The rule of thumb is that a prospect needs to hear your compelling message at least 3 times within 1 week.  Your Account Executive will craft your campaign specifically geared to motivate your prospects to action.

How can I track the progress of my campaign and hold my marketing professional accountable?

There are a number of things you can do in order to track the progress of your campaign objectives.  You can:
1) Include an on-line element to your campaign.  Web traffic is trackable traffic.
2) Create a 1-800 specifically for your campaign.
3) Hold regular ROI meetings with your Account Executive.  As the market changes, so may your campaign.
4) Create a text/coupon element in your campaign.  This can be highly effective and very convenient for your prospective customers.

What do I do about production?

Our highly trained production staff can handle any audio, video, or web production needs you require.  Voice over work can be outsourced to our affiliates in other markets so your commercial will sound 100% unique.  The worst thing that can happen to a campaign, (and for a client), is for their message to disappear into the background.
